Plug-in Developer Engineer
Job Description:
Analyze, design and develop new features for the Privileged Identity Management product family, focusing on securing operating systems, physical platforms and 3rd party software solutions from internal threats
Challenging development for a large variety of platforms (Windows, Unix, Databases, Network devices, Web applications and many more) and technologies (C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, TCL and more) requiring sharp technical skills and a fast learning curve
Take part in feature development from the requirement definition stage, through technical research and design to development and the final deliverable
Produce high quality code that meets the high security, stability and performance standards of the largest enterprises in the world
Be in contact with customers during implementation phase and in advanced troubleshooting processes
Report to R&D team manager
Job requirements:
High ability to investigate new technological areas (platforms, devices, applications and so) and understand them in depth through rapid self-learning
2 years experience in C++ or Java
2 years experience in Perl or Python
Knowledge (can be basic or advanced) in wide range of technologies like:
Windows
LDAP and Directories
Databases
Unix
AS400 and MF
SAP
WMI
Expect
Routers and network devices
Web
VMWare and virtualization
Others
Basic understanding of multithreading, synchronizations, threads and so on
Basic understanding of security principles (encryption, authentication protocols and so on)
Ability to communicate with customers (mostly in English)
High degree of independence and commitment to high quality deliverables
Team player
trong ability to share experience with and from others
Fluent in English, good writing skills
Advantage
Experience in data security
