This is the current open position we have.

Development Process and Configuration Management Engineer

§ SE:

• Define, implement and maintain the S/W development process in the company

• Prepare development projects for internal and external audits.

• Communication with HQ

• Train development teams (Process and Tools).

• Implement usage of new development and process tools in company.

• Project management:

o Trace and control the proper development process for each project.

o Manage project milestones and verify their on-time readiness.

o Perform review of project deliverables and verify they match the original requirements

• KPI Management

• Process improvement

§ Define and implement SW configuration management process and policies

§ Servers administration and user support for the following tools:

• IBM Rational ClearCase UCM

• IBM Rational ClearQuest

• HP Quality Center

Required Experience and Skills

• First Degree

• At least 4 years' experience in Software Company in a relevant role.

• IBM Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest administration in Windows OS

• Scripting languages: Perl, VB Script

• Has strong oral & written English/Hebrew communication skills

Advantages

• Experience in project management.

• Programming experience.

• Knowledge of development process methodologies.
