Job Description:
Main Tasks:
Create market requirements document (MRD) for new products.
Coordinate all activities between R&D, Engineering and Sales.
Control schedule of a new product cycle from MRD to launch.
Create written material for the product such as MRD, Brochures, Appl notes.
Gather key information such as competitive data, volume expectations, product mix, etc, and feed it into marketing and product development team.
Represent the product solution to management, customer meetings, tradeshows, conferences etc.
Promote the product roadmap to all customers and strategic partners.
Job Requirements:
- BSEE or similar degree.
- 3-5 years of work experience in full lifecycle of product management or product marketing
- Detailed knowledge of Video/WiFi/RF technologies – Advantage
- Demonstrably presented to and driven product decisions across sales, marketing, engineering and executive teams
- Excellent communication skills at a technically detailed level, both written & oral
- Excellent interpersonal skills at engineering, commercial and management levels
- Effective time management and task prioritization
- Ability to formulate strategy and business planning
- A team player; able to contribute and communicate ideas, take high level direction, and formulate and execute on individual and group goals
