Customer Support Engineer
Scope:
A Customer Support engineer in the International market.
Supporting customers worldwide from the company office (Israel), includes support levels 1-2-3.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience (in high tech companies) in supporting complex client/ server software products, dealing with worldwide customers- a must
- Experience with all support levels
- Knowledge in Windows Operating Systems, ESX/ VM infrastructure
- Knowledge in the above will be a plus: Linux, Storage, Citrix, Active Directory, DB, Networking
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent English skills (speaking, writing and reading)- mother tongue level
- Relevant Degree in Computer Science or equivalent – an advantage
