NPI Engineering Leader:
Overall responsibility for leading products from design to mass production. The NPI leader will review all R&D products from mechanical and electrical aspects. The NPI leader will also be responsible to identify, design and to lead the execution of necessary changes done in the product.
10-15 years experience , especially working with china factories and ODMs.
1. Electronics engineering process
a. Design for Production.
b. Leading from R&D to production.
c. Production files and SOPs documents.
d. Review of Gerber , assembly, paste files before release to production.
2. Mechanical engineering ( injection molding experience)
a. Review/Editing of mechanical drawing (parts and molds)
b. Leading process of ID design to Mass production.
3. Component engineering ( know how to second source and part definition)
4. Lots of hours working , also from home, weekend availability .
5. Working with ERP System – priority advantage.
6. Multi tasking and High commitment and Responsibility.
7. Expert in Excel.
8. Good personal relationships and team player.
